Melody Movement
Flit like a Fairy, Fly like birds, Take a train ride on an adventure, launch into space! This imaginative class for 2.5 - 4 year olds will take them on a wonderful journey each week. Help them make friends, take turns and build their confidence.
Loveable Teddy's Milligan & Melody Bear are the Focal point in the lesson and will help guide them on their journey
Jazz
Our Jazz classes are super fun and use a mix of Pop, Musical Theatre and Disney music. You get to work on Jazz technique of kicks, leaps and turns and also learn choreography each half term to a popular song. This class doesn’t follow an exam syllabus and is suitable for those just wanting to take a class with their friends.
Hip Hop
Our Hip Hop classes are all about fun, energy, and creativity! At this age, children will explore the basics of hip hop dance through playful exercises and simple choreography. They will develop rhythm, coordination, and motor skills while enjoying music they love. Our instructors create a positive and supportive environment that encourages each child to express themselves confidently through movement. These classes are perfect for little ones who love to dance and want to make new friends.
First Ballet, Modern and Tap
First Ballet, Modern & Tap with Melody Bear is the follow-on syllabus to Melody Movement.
First Ballet introduces simple ballet techniques within the creative and nurturing environment of Melody Bear’s world. In addition to an exciting variety of set exercises, creativity is explored with dances based on fairy stories with Melody Bear dancing as Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Hansel and Gretel and the Tale of the Turnip.
ACRO
Acro combines classical techniques with acrobatic elements. Acro dancers seamlessly blend musicality, emotional expression, line and extension with acrobatic movements in a dance context.
